  • I used Acumen Contracting in Dec of 2014 for a complete home roofing job. They met with me and the inspector adjuster three different times finding damages that were overlooked by the insurance inspector. What started out as a localized roof repair due to hail damage turned into a complete new roof repair. I am very satisfied with how Acumen represented for me to the insurance company and for the truly concern for their customer. I would trust them for future business and would highly recommend them to others needing their services.

  • I am very impressed with this company. Our mortgage insurance sent my husband and I a letter saying we had 6 months to get our roof inspected and send a letter detailing the condition of the roof. It had not been long since we had our house inspected when we bought it. We contacted several roofing companies who would charge $100 just to look at the roof. When my husband talked to Rick Poe, Rick came out to inspect our roof for free and drew up a letter for our insurance. Thankfully there were no repairs to be made! Thank you for being honest and courteous, and for the wonderful service! I will definitely be using this company in the future!

  • Acumen Contracting did our roof in May 2016. They went above and beyond our expectations. They took care of all the details,starting with dealing with the insurance company to finding the right materials to complete the job. They kept us updated on the status of the work and completed all the repairs on time. It was a pleasure working with this company and I can’t say enough how thankful I am for all the work they did for us. I have been telling all my friends and neighbors about them and I’m sure if we need their services again in the future, I’ll be calling them to work for me again. Thank you for putting the costumers’ needs first and for showing real concern for me and my family.

  • I bought a older house recently, it had a poorly managed roof. These guys did a great job replacing my shingles and repairing all the problems they also got their work done quickly and politely at a fair price. I highly recommend Acumen Contracting.

  • Wow! Rick did an amazing job – came out and assessed my sun room leak, stayed for the rain to make sure he found the leak, was always on time, and sent lots of pictures of the leak, the progress and steps to coating the roof. I’d definitely recommend and would use Acumen again without hesitation

  • I worked with Acumen Contracting on a new roof replacement. Rick made the process as easy as it could possibly be. Once all approved, he had a team at my place within a week. Totally knocked out the project in one day! Great service all around. Would highly recommend Acumen Contracting for your needs! Great Job!

  • I rarely post reviews, but this needs to be posted! I called Richard with a repair job on my roof and for a drone retrieval off of my roof. He was very prompt in returning my call and even though I didn’t have a “big” job for him to do, he came to my rescue! Thank you Richard!
